Week 2 Update

Well it’s the end of my second week on the Challenge. So far, so good. I went to the gym 4 times again this week, and today I started Week 2 of the Couch to 5k program! I’ve personalized the program a bit for myself, spreading it out from 9 weeks to 14 – doing two workouts a week instead of three. The other two days I swim 🙂 And to keep myself on track, I registered for a real honest to goodness 5k race on May 2! By then I should be able to at least run the distance, even if not terribly fast.
